I designed a centralized, responsive portal that organizes frequently used resources, notices, directory information, and support into one consistent experience.
The final system provides mobile-friendly access, structured navigation, admin-controlled content, and a repeatable foundation for future internal tools.
Microsoft 365 Operations
Identity, messaging, and collaboration that behave like one system.
Access begins with clear ownership, MFA, administrative roles, lifecycle controls, and a practical least-privilege approach.
Exchange Online, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, forwarding controls, and contact workflows support reliable communication.
PowerShell and Microsoft Graph turn repeated administration into documented, repeatable processes.
Authentication, email security, DNS records, incident procedures, and user education form one connected operating model.
MFA, administrative roles, account lifecycle, group access, and identity review.
Network + Office Infrastructure
Reliable connectivity with a clear operational handoff.
Primary connectivity supports the office while wireless access, staff devices, cameras, printers, and meeting systems remain visible as one operating environment.
When the primary circuit becomes unavailable, the backup path activates and keeps critical traffic moving through the secure gateway.
After the primary circuit stabilizes, traffic returns deliberately instead of immediately bouncing between connections.
Security + Automation Lab
Hands-on environments for learning how systems fail and recover.
Asset discovery identifies hosts, open services, and the boundaries of the environment before deeper analysis begins.
Configuration review, vulnerability scanning, authentication analysis, and traffic inspection reveal where controls need attention.
Firewall policy, account access, logging, segmentation, and documentation become practical response actions.
Controls are tested again, visibility is confirmed, and the investigation resolves into a clear technical summary.
